Award N.15: Unstoppable Sperm Production

In this episode, we explore a truly extraordinary case: a man suffering from what, in common slang, might be referred to as "extreme blue balls or overloaded truck" though his condition far exceeds the typical understanding of the term. Known medically as extreme spermatic hypertrophy, his body produces up to two liters of sperm per day, causing his testicles to swell to a staggering 50 cm in circumference. This results in a constant state of erection, compelling him to engage in frequent self-relief every six hours to avoid unbearable discomfort.

Upon evaluation, our team witnessed the severity of his condition firsthand. He quickly reached climax, ejaculating continuously for two full minutes into a bucket, releasing an overwhelming amount of semen. To ensure full release, his partner joined him in intercourse to complete the process.
